At the Academy we are dedicated to offering a variety of class options to promote a healthy body to achieve optimal physical wellness. Physical health is attained through exercise, eating well, getting enough sleep and paying attention to the signs of illness and getting help when needed.

Personal Training

The Center for Physical Rehabilitation offers certified Personal Trainers who are able to develop a highly personalized training program for all levels of fitness. The sessions are designed to provide a holistic approach to healthy living through one-on-one personal training or small groups.
