Golf for life is a fitness program designed to increase hitting distance, power and accuracy. The program begins with a personal assessment of your level of fitness, including any physical limitations such as recurring back pain.
The program also includes:

Passive stretching and exercise to help increase your range of motion
Strengthening and conditioning designed to meet your needs
Instruction in spinal stabilization techniques
Our program is designed and delivered by certified physical therapists and exercise physiologists. We know body mechanics, and we know what it takes to safely perform muscle-related activities.
