The Center for Physical Rehabilitation provides all inclusive physical therapy services at four convenient locations. Our knowledgeable and caring team takes a comprehensive, diverse approach in developing your personalized physical therapy plan. Your program is likely to include:

New Walker Site – Open as of June 4th
Visit us at our new location at 1195 Wilson Ave in Walker. Conveniently located, the new Walker location will offer the same variety of programs as the other locations including Aqua Therapy.
